These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the We Fortune Clubs website, mobile experiences, and Premium subscription content (the "Service"), operated by We Fortune Clubs ("we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or purchase a Premium subscription. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security or compliance risk.

3. Premium Subscription

• Premium plans are offered on a recurring monthly or yearly basis at the price displayed at checkout.
• By subscribing you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your chosen payment method automatically at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel.
• You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current period, except as described in our Refund Policy.
• We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

4. Nature of the Service

We Fortune Clubs provides BaZi Chinese astrology readings, Feng Shui guidance, and related cultural content for educational, reflective, and entertainment purposes. The Service is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other licensed advice. Decisions you make based on the content are your sole responsibility.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not copy, resell, redistribute, or create derivative works from Premium content without written permission.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure.
• Do not use the Service to violate any law or third-party right, or to upload harmful or unlawful content.
• Do not use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or stress-test the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all text, graphics, logos, illustrations, and software, is owned by or licensed to We Fortune Clubs and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Service for personal, non-commercial use.

7. User Content

If you submit information such as birth data or feedback, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use that information to provide and improve the Service. You represent that you have the right to share any data you provide.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party providers (for example payment processors and authentication providers). We are not responsible for the practices of those third parties, and your use of their services is subject to their own terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that readings or guidance will produce specific outcomes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, We Fortune Clubs and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thailand, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
