Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident subscribing to We Fortune Clubs Premium. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and how cancellations work. By purchasing a subscription you agree to the terms below.
1. Subscription Plans
We currently offer two Premium plans:
- Monthly Premium — billed every month at the price shown at checkout.
- Yearly Premium — billed once per year at the price shown at checkout.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. When you cancel:
- Your Premium access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation takes effect.
- Cancellation alone does not generate an automatic refund for the current period.
3. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds in the following situations:
- First-time monthly subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial charge, provided Premium content for the current cycle has not been substantially consumed.
- Yearly subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge, provided Premium content for the current cycle has not been substantially consumed.
- Duplicate or accidental charges are refunded in full once verified.
- Service failure — if a technical issue on our side prevents you from accessing Premium content for an extended period and we are unable to restore service, we will issue a pro-rated refund or service credit.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Renewal charges after the initial eligibility window described above.
- Partial-month or partial-year usage outside the eligibility window.
- Dissatisfaction with the content of readings or guidance, where the Service has been delivered as described. Premium readings are interpretive and personal.
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us through our Contact Us page with the following:
- The email address associated with your account.
- The approximate date of the charge.
- A brief description of the reason for your request.
We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Promotional and Discounted Subscriptions
Subscriptions purchased with promotional codes, partner offers, or significant discounts may be subject to different refund terms, which will be disclosed at the time of purchase. If no specific terms are stated, the standard policy above applies.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your purchase governs that transaction.
